About the event

Join Illinois Community Action Agency Programs & Services (ICAAPS) for an exclusive Black-Tie Convening launching the CHES Model (Community Health, Emergency Response, Engagement & Sustainability) — a coordinated economic ecosystem designed to move individuals and families from crisis stabilization into workforce participation, education pathways, and long-term economic mobility.

This formal evening convenes corporate leaders, public agencies, workforce partners, and civic stakeholders committed to strengthening South and Southeast Chicago communities. The CHES pilot will align education networks, public safety districts, retail corridors, and community investment strategies across 27 neighborhoods — building sustainable community-to-career pipelines and reinforcing local economic infrastructure.

Guests will experience a curated five-course dining experience while engaging in meaningful dialogue around scalable solutions that connect residents to employment, stabilize families, and strengthen the local workforce ecosystem.

This is more than a dinner.

It is the launch of coordinated economic transformation.
