The GLEAN Project is a community engagement and development initiative led by Illinois Community Action Agency Programs & Services, L3C. GLEAN stands for Give, Learn, Earn, Acquire, and Navigate Resources. The project is designed to support 27 Chicago communities by connecting residents, students, families, educators, sponsors, and community partners to local history, cultural engagement, financial empowerment tools, resource navigation, and neighborhood-based development opportunities.
